July 17, 2020 Update
Aveda Institute Madison is closing for preemptive cleaning on July 17, 2020 and July 18, 2020. Appointments scheduled for July 17 and July 18 have been cancelled.

May 29, 2020 Update
This week, the City of Madison has granted permission to higher education institutions to open campuses with social distancing guidelines in place.
Aveda Institute Madison’s campus will reopen hands-on instruction on Monday, June 1st. Students will receive an email from their Team Leader letting them know when their class will resume practical hours on campus.
Our goal now is to transition to a hybrid program that allows students to do practical hands-on hours on campus and continue theory hours online. A hybrid distance learning approach will allow us to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
In preparation of hybrid learning please do the following:
• Review the attached Reopening Guidelines PDF for students and team members. Instructors will also review the Reopening Guidelines with students on their first day back on campus.
• Please bring a mask to wear on campus. No student, team member or guest will be allowed on campus without a mask.
• If you have not done so already, please complete the Barbicide’s COVID-19 certificate. Email your certificate to your instructor or team leader.
It is our goal to re-enter school as safely as possible to ensure all students have the ability to successfully continue their program.
