05 Nov Global Educator Frank Rizzieri
Frank Rizzieri is a salon owner, co-founder of his own line of professional salon tools and the President of the Rizzieri Aveda School. Needless to say we are thrilled to welcome Frank to The Aveda Institute Madison on November 10th.
In the nineties, Frank moved into a leadership role within his family’s school in Pennsylvania making him the third generation to own the, now named, Rizzieri Aveda School. It was second nature to him and that seemingly genetic passion for cosmetology lives strong in other parts of Frank’s life.
The Rizzieri Aveda School provides cosmetology, skin care, manicuring, and teacher training programs. The instructors strive to develop a creative and innovative education specializing on excellence in techniques, theory, and professionalism.
After years of styling hair for photo shoots, fashion shows, and celebrities, Frank wanted to create styles for which there were no tools available. This is the reason Frank co-invented RSession Pro Tools.
“My goal was to offer consumers professional-quality tools and brushes at a very affordable price. To me, a new flatiron and a new brush should feel like an affordable luxury to our guests. Something they are treating themselves, their family or friends to, which is going to help make them look good and feel good, without breaking their wallet. The dual mission of quality and affordability is what drove the product development for RSession.”
Frank now owns three salons in Moorestown, Voorhees, and Washington Township. His work has earned him the Global Salon Business Award for Excellence in Business. He is also a three-time winner of NAHA.
Most importantly to the Rizzieri family, their salons and school is their passion for their guests.
“Rizzieri is in the ‘make people feel good’ business. Their facilities, reputation, and talented staff that excel in their craft, creates a one of a kind guest experience.”
“I loved how he was hands on in front of us, not just a video or Power Point. One of my favorite guests so far.”
“I thought he was super relatable, which is awesome coming from someone who has so many great achievements! He had a lot of awesome information and was able to make it easy to understand. He is definitely someone I would want to follow in his footsteps.”
“He was amazing, I would love to see him again.”
